We will from time to time send out coupon codes to our customers that can be entered during the checkout process. If you cannot get your coupon code to work please be sure that it was issued by Baby Esscentials. We apologize but we cannot accept codes issued by other businesses. You have several options to use for payment for your order. You can use PayPal, and use your credit card or an e-check. Revolution Money Exchange is also an option, and if you prefer, I can invoice you through Google Checkout. You can also send a payment by mail, check or money order is accepted. Your order will ship upon receipt of your payment.
Why is my order delayed when I paid with an echeck?
The process of using an echeck is basically the same as a written check. The funds are not released to us until they clear your account. Even tho it shows that the money has been taken out of your account, it can take up to 7 days before the money is deposited into our account, then triggering the paid status on your order.

When can I expect my order to ship?
Orders are processed Monday through Friday and will typically ship the next business day. Orders made on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day. For some products, and during high traffic times it may take up to 3 business days before your order will ship. On all orders you will be e-mailed a tracking conformation number.
